This recipe was designed to use a hot cast iron pan to bake the biscuits. I’m sure you can use any pan; adjust baking time as needed.
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP xanthan gum
4 TBSP melted butter
1/2 cup mayo
Pre-heat a cast iron skilled in oven to 425.
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and mayo.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Form dough into six balls.
Add dough balls (do not flatten!) to hot cast iron pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes or in until golden brown,
